All account cancellation and personal data deletion services involved in this agreement are officially provided, operated and fully implemented by the formal developer entity (Developer Entity Name: Nanyang Luhe Network Technology Co., Ltd.). The developer entity fully guarantees that every user enjoys complete independent control rights and exclusive disposal rights over their personal account information and all types of personal data generated during platform usage.
After the full expiration of the 30-day official deletion grace period, the platform will automatically complete the entire account cancellation procedure and permanent personal data deletion work, and the whole operation will take permanent legal effect with no possibility of recovery, revocation or modification. All users shall clearly recognize the absolute irreversibility of this official operation. To prevent the loss of your important personal files, usage records and exclusive creative content, the platform recommends that all users complete comprehensive manual backup of all valuable data and reserved content before initiating the account deletion application. The platform shall not be responsible for any data loss and interest damage caused by users' voluntary account deletion behavior.

Upon the successful submission of a valid account deletion request by the user, the platform will start a 30-day regulatory cooling-off period for data retention. During this cooling-off period, your entire platform account and all associated personal data will be temporarily stored by the platform server. If no account login operation is performed within the full 30-day cooling-off cycle, the platform will strictly abide by applicable personal information protection laws and regulations to permanently and completely delete all your personal private data information.
To satisfy the platform's legitimate operational needs such as standardized compliance operation, overall data statistical analysis, product function iteration upgrading and user service experience optimization, the platform may retain a small amount of fully desensitized and de-identified non-personal data.
